EGYL Player Registration

2010 Season Registration Information

Below are the four (4) forms you will need to register to play lacrosse with the Eastside Girls Youth Lacrosse (EGYL).  Some of these are only available in PDF format which requires Adobe Acrobat Reader; if you don't have this you can obtain it at Adobe. 

Please send forms 1-3 with your check made payable to EGYL to:

Note: We do NOT accept credit cards. 

Note on form #4: Returning players need to renew their US LAX Youth membership upfront, as part of their registration process with EGYLAX.  New players are to wait on this until they are notified by EGYLAX they have made the team before enrolling.
